I guess I was wrong about 7th grade football being completely done a few weeks ago. Now in trickles these formal pictures. I think they might have been taken way back in August.

And fyi I’m thinking I’m really making progress on the whole “crazy-involved parent” thing. Maybe as little as a year ago, I’d spout off the W-L record, all of the various games scores, and give insightful commentary as to how the team compared to its competition. Now, I recall that Speed’s 7th grade team won most of their games, and I know that Speed is looking forward to 8th grade football. Good enough for me.
