First Playoff Game: Success [Madysen]

As of the last varsity soccer update, they had to win their final regular season game to qualify for the playoffs. I’m happy to report that they won 3-1 over Frisco Liberty. Madysen missed the game as she and the other kiddos were in Houston with my parents.

On Thursday, they had their opening round playoff game versus Thomas Jefferson at Highlander Stadium. They got out to a 3-0 lead in the first ten minutes, and the game got a little physical. The referee must have handed out 10 or more yellow cards and called a questionable PK. In the end, HP won 8-1. Madysen got to play about 30 minutes and did well.
