Wow! It’s hard to believe that this little blog is “dis many” (two fingers) today. Seems like only two years ago I was posting the first ambiguous and boring post on the blog; that was a real teaser. And no, I didn’t have the energy nor the interest to rehash this past year like I did on the first birthday (that’s a lot of links). Instead, I’ll just link to my a couple of my favorite posts about each of us.
Emma: Typical baby of the family stuff. Emma loves TV. Crashing birthday parties looks like fun. Valentine’s > Halloween. Holly will always be a girl to Emma.
Layla: Great yearbook inscription. Cool birthday party. What me? Call the Police? Huh? Layla, Spam; Spam, Layla. Awesome bathtub conversation.
Speed: No more braceface. Just call him mam. First OU/TX game–Boomer Sooner! A coat and tie? The police love us.
Madysen: Such a great actress (actor? whatever). Watch out for that . . . pole? High school soccer. I’m not ready for this.
Holly: Portraits. Not happy about me buying a particular Klosterman book. Leave a note or she will find you.
Your truly: The Great Crash of 2007. Once again, I’m an idiot.
And finally, though it was an adventure getting there, I highly recommend Nevis.
