Duty Bound To Mention: Nino [Me]

200805060957I assume everyone watched this already, but two Sunday’s ago, 60 Minutes had a two-segment interview with Justice Antonin Scalia–Nino, himself–about ostensibly his new book with Bryan Garner, Making Your Case: The Art of Persuading Judges. The interview spent very little time discussing the book, instead discussing his childhood, his judicial philosophy, his tenure on the Court, and his recent efforts to speak-out about the Court and the Constitution. I’ve always found him funny and charming and the interview confirmed it–but then again I’ve been a -phile for a long time.

You can watch the first segment, the second segment, or read the story.
