I have mentioned Peter Robinson’s work on Uncommon Knowledge before, including interviews with Tom Wolfe and Christopher Buckley. Those were great, but not like this–Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.

Ostensibly, they discuss his recent book, authored with Bryan Garner, Making Your Case: The Art of Persuading Judges, which I read a while back. But they go well beyond that topic to discuss originalism, stare decisis, Roe v. Wade, Scalia’s legacy, and much more.
