So some 20+ years ago, my grandparents semi-retired from south Florida to Blairsville, Georgia–a move that baffles me to this day. For some reason, I went along to help with the move. But for the last couple of years, they’ve been back in Florida and have to get rid of the Blairsville place.
And tomorrow, my dad and I are headed to back to Blairsville (via south Florida) to get a few last things out of the house before selling it. It will be my first visit to south Florida since our WDW trip in 2004 and my first visit to Blairsville in a lot longer than that. It could be fun.
