Family weddings are always fun. (Think I’m supposed to say this.) And earlier this month we attended Holly’s nephew Logan’s wedding at the Cowboys Golf Course. Nice ceremony and reception, though I must mention that it was troubling having to try to keep up with the Spain-Paraguay World Cup quarterfinal that was epic while the lovely bridge and gangly groom were exchanging vows. But I managed.
Anyway, Emma and Layla love weddings especially. Mostly because of the flowers and music. Evidence: the Cha Cha Slide.
Meanwhile Speed was out on the golf course–not playing golf. It was pouring rain, so he and couple boys finagled a cart and got themselves absolutely drenched. Standard wedding stuff.
And since we were there with all those Lombardi trophies (or at least replicas), we snapped a pic. Speed is the tall, wet one.
